The suggestion of the word "beneficial" is speculative, in view of the entry under "accession" in the Council of Europe Legal Dictionary, as follows: ACCESSION - DROIT d'accession - right of the owner of property to all it produces and everything which becomes united to it, i.e. (1) all produce (periodical or other), (2) in the case of ownership of the surface, all that lies above or below it, (3) everything that becomes incorporated in it, (4) water springing from or flowing over the soil; right of accession or accretion.
