Software licensing agreement. I am having a difficult time phrasing this properly in Enlgish:
"La société xxx concède a l'utilisateur (la société xxx), qui l'accepte, à titre personnel, non exclusif, non tranférable, et non cessible la licence d'utilisation du logiciel xxx." Can anyone help?
