French term

désocclusion

French to English Medical Medical: Cardiology coronary angiography
Hi everyone, I know about the term "occlusion" but what about "desocclusion"? I can't seem to find anything in my research.
A bit of context:
"Désocclusion et mise en place d'un stent au niveau de la coronaire droite distale et fe l'IVP (DES)."
Anybody know?
Thanks!

Better to say "unblocked" since we do not know if the occlusion was removed, displaced or only diminished in size by the procedure. "Removed" implies more than we have been told in this phrase.
Note from asker:
Thanks! That makes sense. Do you think it would be ok to say "occlusion removed"?
