French term or phrase: sans atteinte élective apicale
Once again its the little word élective that just has me slightly puzzled - am I right in thinking it's something along the lines of without underlying apical involvement or am I risking overtranslating again!
The context is a patient being treated for a presumed drug-induced ADR
and the full phrase is :
dysfonction systolique ventriculaire gauche homogène **sans atteinte élective apicale**
Hoping someone can either confirm my understanding - or set me straight! Thanks.
