I have this sentence, which I'm not even sure it's actually spelled right (came from a transcript from an ausio document)
"...et donc souvent **le veillage** passe souvent au second plan par rapport a d’autres difficultés de santé..."

I'm not 100% sure what this refers to... is this The observance? The monitoring?
