French term or phrase: pour une posterolatérale
Dear colleagues,

I think I get the general gist of this phrase, but it is "pour" that is causing difficulties.

Here is the context:

Absence de resténose au niveau du stent actif de l'artere coronaire droite moyenne. Faible collatéralité via l'IVP pour une posteroláterale (Rentrop I) pouvant expliquer l'aspect scintigraphique.

My version:

No drug-eluting stent restenosis in the middle segment of the right coronary artery. Poor
collateral flow via the PDA for a posterolateral branch (Rentrop score of I) that may explain the appearance on the nuclear perfusion study.

Thank you!

Drug-eluting stent - Wikipedia
A drug-eluting stent (DES) is a peripheral or coronary stent (a scaffold) placed into narrowed, diseased peripheral or coronary arteries that slowly releases a drug to block cell proliferation. This prevents fibrosis that, together with clots (thrombi), could otherwise block the stented artery, a process called restenosis. .... In meta-analyses of the sirolimus- and paclitaxel-eluting stent trials, a small ...

No signs of restenosis in the active stent placed into the mid-right coronary artery. Low collaterality via the PDA to the posterolateral branch (Rentrop grade I) that may explain the scintigraphic aspect.
