Here is the context:

Le dosage de l’oxycodone n’est pas compliqué en LC-MS/MS. Elle positive la plupart des tests immunochimiques.

I'm familiar with "positiver in the sense of "to think positively" or "to be optimistic," but I'm not sure what it means here.

Does this type of assay (LC-MS/MS) "confirm" most immunochemical tests? Something else?
