Medical - Medical (general) / Eye examinations
French term or phrase: encochée
Context:
Ies spindles ne sont pas clairement identifiables, le tracé est très peu différent par rapport à la veille avec des anomalies plus abondantes.
Réveil : on note des ondes lentes delta amples et rythmiques avec un doute sur des pointes encochée de localisation antérieure droite durant 3 minutes; sur le plan clinique l'enfant est agité, pleure et on note quelques sursauts cependant sans traduction EEG évidente.

Not certain if this refers to the "pointes" as not in plural but if not how does it relate to localisation.
I`m assuming that this means indented but confirmation would be appreciated.
TIA Chris.
