Medical (general) / hospitalization report
French term or phrase: D.I.O.

I am translating a Belgian hospital report and at the top of every page I have the following:

"PERSONNEL ET CONFIDENTIEL" followed by a very small "D.I.O."

Any ideas what this acronym might mean?
