French term or phrase: A.L.
Hello!
I am translating a French medical report where the patient has sustained an elbow, more specifically olecranon, fracture while skiing, they hit a rock.
The treatment contains, after "skin disinfection using Betadine", the acronym A.L.; it then goes on with parage (debridement) and stitches, but there is no more context available about it in the rest of the document.
I have no idea what "A.L." could mean, could someone help me please?
Many thanks

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you! It seems very probable, or at least I hope they did that, considering the procedures the performed.
