Medical - Medical (general) / biopsy
French term or phrase: COMM. REQ.
I'm a bit confused about "COMM. REQ" in a medical report. There's various information about the tests requested and the person requesting them and then "Renseignements cliniques: COMM. REQ.: Biopsie"

The only thing I can think of is "requested communication" but that doesn't make any sense.

Might also be "commentaire requis"? I found a couple of lab reports in EN that had the phrase "comment required"... But it's impossible to guess this one, so arguably all one can do is leave it as it stands, with a TN.
