French term or phrase: Macrocibles et cibles clôturées
I have seen on proz where macrocibles means summary of care report but what would "et cibles clôturées" mean here.
The text goes on to talk about various tasks and procedures which have been and are about to be carried out for the patient.

English translation:Completed macro targets and targets
Explanation:
Macro targets are large-scale targets.

For example, "Macro target" as a term is used in dieting jargon.

You have "macro nutrients" and "micro nutrients" where macro nutrients are carbohydrate, protein and fat.

Clôturé is "fenced off" or "closed", so here I'd guess "completed". I've also heard the verb "to fence off targets" used as jargon in public organisations' annual reports.
