French term or phrase: rupture de suivi
Hi,

This is found under family history:
"spondylarthrite ankylosante chez sa fille, en rupture de suivi"

I know for clinical trials this would be called 'lost to follow-up' but am not sure this is the right term in this context.

This is for the US market.

Thanks
