French term or phrase: proximalité
L'objectif est d'obtenir la proximalité du stent, plus en distal par rapport au collet anévrismal, pour permettre de déployer la deuxième prothèse avec un espace suffisant comme montré en figure 1.

I understand what proximal and distal mean, but I'm not 100% sure about proximalité and distalité. I can find instances of their use but none that allow me to understand exactly what it means.

Is it something like the 'proximal end' of the stent? Or conversely the 'distal end'?
