French term or phrase: per-trochanter?
Trochanter is trochanter but do I translate per-trochanter such as in this instance differently?

l’anesthésie des fractures basi cervicales et per-trochantériennes[ ]. Une infiltration sous cutanée de complément au sommet de l’incision chirurgicale anesthésie les nerfs cluniaux pour les fractures basi-cervicales et le nerf sub-costal pour les fractures per-trochantériennes

English translation:Per-trochanter fractures or Trochanter's region fractures
Explanation:
Per-trochanter means around, very close or in the trochanter's region. A fracture of the trochanter is not the same as a per-trochanter fracture. Keep the latin per-trochanter or peri-trochanter. I wouldn't change it. You could use Trochanter's region fracture if you like.
