Carbon diamonds are just what they sound like, real diamonds.

Boart diamonds are impure rubbish diamonds and diamond powder.

I think you are going to have to rephrase a bit to get this across.

neutral  rkillings: "real diamond"? All diamonds, natural or artificial, are by definition elemental carbon in crystalline form. Industrial diamonds are real diamonds, just not gem-quality.
