French term or phrase: CV formalisé
A human resources firm is describing their recruiting procedure, which includes a written part; "questionnaire personnel détaillé (CV formalisé), questionnaire de personalité" etc etc.
Any suggestions for CV formalisé?
Thanks in advance

Formal CV
Explanation:
Well, 'formal CV' should be an appropriate translation. I thought of 'formalized CV' but it sounded a bit strange. After all, there are formal CVs and not formalized CV.

"questionnaire personnel détaillé would also mean 'a questionnaire with personal details' or a formal and complete CV.

"questionnaire de personalité" would mean 'a questionnaire with write up on the personality of the applicant/candidate'.

Use resume format / Use resume style

Explanation:
I'm reading this as giving the personal data a specific form (i.e., a formal resume form or, in English, preferably a formal *style* or *format*)

formaliser = officialiser.

Here's some explanation of officialiser from Termium:

French:Translation

officialiser s

régulariser s
donner un caractère officiel s
donner un caractère définitif s
donner une forme officielle s
donner une forme définitive s
adopter formellement s
adopter officiellement s
