I'm not sure whether this is a saying or just the author's words. I think it might be a saying because of the quotation marks around it. No source is cited.
"Nouveau guerrier sans autres armes que l'imagination et la volonte de convaincre, il rejette l'artifice politique et la guerre pour embrasser les valeurs de l'echange et de la vie.
