I agree with Guy usually names are not translated. But I like to underline that blau in German language means blue and in French bleu(e).
Now you're not very generous regarding context. WE would need to know what Blau is refering to, because here Blau is not a name but a designation, a reference and as such it might be translated if you absolutely wish and would give:
La Bleue
