associate, colleague & supervisor
Explanation:
Unfortunately no context is provided as to the field of work concerned, but here are a couple of indications as to terms which might fit, together with one or two suggestions as to general meaning from the Grand Dictionnarie Terminologique. I have added 'colleague' as I have so often heard 'collaborateur' being used in this way, particularly by senior members of personnel when referring to fellow staff members further down the pyramid in a highly respectful and appreciative manner.

3 - first line supervisorSyn.front-line supervisorfront line supervisorVariante(s) orthographique(s).first-line supervisor agent de maîtrise n. m.Syn.cadre inférieur n. m. cadre subalterne n.

Explanation:
Very difficult to merely give a translation which would fit your context as everything depends on the terms used in the company you're dealing with.
Classification in only 4 categories is a bit too simple;

Or:

The categories used in this manual to identify employee groups are derived from the job classification system:

A. An exempt employee is an executive, administrative, or professional worker who meets certain prescribed conditions set forth in the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended.

B. A non-exempt employee is covered under the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standard Act of 1938, as amended.

C. A full-time employee is assigned a full work load as defined for his/her position, is a member of the State Employees' Retirement System, receives all standard fringe benefits, and is paid at a weekly or monthly rate.

D. A part-time employee is assigned less than a full work load, does not receive all standard fringe benefits and is paid at an hourly rate regardless of whether the employment is continued for more than one term. A part-time employee does not have an expectancy of continued employment after his/her assignment is completed.

E. A classified employee may be full- or part-time, is not exempt from the minimum wage and hour provisions set forth in the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, and does not receive a contract.

F. A faculty employee may be full- or part-time, is exempt, and receives a contract for education or education support work. Instructor, counselor, senior librarian, and librarian are faculty positions at Central Piedmont Community College.

G. A professional employee may be full- or part-time, is exempt, and receives a contract for education support or institutional support work. The professional staff comprises all employees other than classified, faculty, and administrative.

H. An administrative employee may be full- or part-time, is exempt; has duties that are primarily executive and managerial or supervisory in nature; and receives an administrator contract. Administrative positions include: president, executive vice president, vice president, associate vice president, assistant vice president, assistant to the president, assistant to the vice president, dean, manager, associate dean, assistant dean, division director, director, supervisor, coordinator.

I. The supervising administrators are all the individuals (department/division level and higher) who have line responsibility for a specific employee.

J. The immediate administrator is the individual who is responsible for the direct supervision of an employee.

Etc etc

I'd go for employees and (managerial)supervisors in your case, or I'd simply ask the client.

HTH

agente de maitrise=who is in command

Explanation:
I think it is not exactly "supervisor".
And "collaborateur" is collaborator of course...

Think about it!

labourers, employees, management and executives

Explanation:
I agree with Evert, though I don't think that collaborateurs is low management; it is rather a generic term for people who work for and with. The same term is widely used in Italian as a more respectful and equal way to refer to employees.
GDT touches on this:
Déf. :

Note :

but in this case, considering the context, generic "employees" is better than associates.
