This is quite simple really. It is obviously a slight typing error. Their should be an acute accent on the "e". The word then translates as "my beloved" or "my loved one". I hope this has helped you.

If it a question of missing accent, you would have had
mon aimee Paula ...
mon aime Paul...
for aimée and aimé.
But here it would mean that you also have a missing letter in both cases.
