French term or phrase: déconditionnement par rapport au travail
I'm translating a psychiatric assessment and I'm uncertain what "un déconditionnement par rapport au travail" would be. Would it simply be "a deconditioning towards work"?

From the context of the report it would be a mental deconditioning rather than a physical one. The patient suffered from a bereavement and he's been off work for almost a year because of it. He has no physical problems.

Here's the full sentence: "L’élément perpétuant est un déconditionnement par rapport au travail, des suites de la situation vécue dans la dernière année."

Thanks!
