French term or phrase: VADistes/VPCistes
VAD => vente à distance => distant selling
VPC => vente par correspondance => mail order

I know what they mean but can't find any translation.
No idea for "VADistes" ! I have found "vepecists" for VPCistes on Google (one hit!) but I really am not sure.
Any idea most welcome (possibly acronyms !)
Many thanks in advance.

agree  Charlie Bavington (X): agree that the solution to -"istes" is "companies". Think I prefer "distance selling" or similar, however, since not all of it is by phone; there's the internet, for one thing :-)
