English translation: remove/removal from the stock list

French term or phrase: décharger/déchargement
Hello all,

This shop works with a system called Negoziando and everytime a stolen item or defective product is discovered it must be "decharger du stock" using this computer system:
"Enregistrer dans Negoziando le déchargements des testeurs, volés et défectueux pour une bonne gestion des niveaux de stock."
I had thought of using "disposal" initially but it cannot apply in this example:
"Dans la mesure où elles sont des produits enregistrés dans le stock, elles doivent en être déchargées si elles sont utilisées par les employés."

At the moment I've gone for "removal/remove from stock" but I wonder if there is a specific term?
