Le Mouv’, c’est la radio jeune du service public. Elle est installée à Toulouse, mais elle émet sur les principales grandes villes françaises. Notamment sur Paris, où depuis peu, elle propose à ses auditeurs un décrochage local. Son Pdg, c’est Jean-Paul Cluzel qui a remplacé, il y a quelques mois, Jean-Marie Cavada à la tête de Radio France.

Explanation:
Mouv' is short for "mouvement" - so to be "dans le mouvement" is to be literally "moving with the crowd". Maybe there's a more current way to say "with it", but that's the gist of it.
