uncharged claim Explanation: Termium gives three possibilities: uncharged claim, non-secured claim and unsecured indebtedness. Given that créance hypothécaire is a mortgage claim and créance privilégiée is a preferred claim, I would go with uncharged or non-secured claim. Hope this helps.
