"monitoring by sampling" or "monitoring by spot check" or "appraisal by sampling" Explanation: "sondage", among other things, can be translated with "sampling". audit testing? or audit appraisal? Explanation: Ok. Maybe this is some kind of procedure to make sure that the "tenders" present documents that are in agreement with some "less official previous agreement".
