Eher am Ende des Vertrags heißt es unter dem Punkt "Honoraires":

"Toutes modifications entraînent des honoraires :

1.) Honoraires de direction des travaux, risques et garantie qui se montent à 15 % sur tous les montants devisés des entreprises.

Was ist dieses "devisés"?!
