Hallo,

ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie das angegebene Wort hier übersetzt werden muss:

Il a été indiqué qu’un accord a été conclu avec Monsieur A pour les procédures de recouvrement.

Les affaires avec Monsieur A ont été clarifiées conformément aux instructions du Conseil. Les encaissements sont effectués chez la société Y et Monsieur A est rétrocédé ensuite.

Es ist wichtig, zu wissen, dass die "procédures de recouvrement" die société Y betreffen. Was mir bei "rétrocédé" nicht klar ist: Erhält Monsieur A die Gesamtbeträge der Beitreibung oder nur einen Teil davon? Letzteres wäre logischer, denn die Gesellschaft will ja mit Sicherheit auch etwas davon haben... Danke im Voraus!
