Ortsbefund Explanation: Ich glaube, "état des lieux" als feststehender Begriff ist der Kern der Phrase, also Zustandsfeststellung oder Ortsbefund. Dazu der Petit Robert: ÉTAT DES LIEUX : description d'un immeuble, d'un appartement, indiquant l'état de conservation de chacune de ses parties. Synonyme: inventaire. Example: Établir un état des lieux avant l'emménagement d'un locataire. Zu "fixation de l'état des lieux" habe ich einen Nachweis gefunden (siehe weblink, Seite 65), allerdings wird es dort im kriminologischen Sinne von "Spurensicherung am Tatort" gebraucht. Ohne Kontext und Anfang ist der Satz nicht gut zu übersetzen, aber er könnte in etwa so lauten: "... dass im anhängigen Verfahren der Ortsbefund für nichtig erklärt wurde". Hoffe das hilft! Abnahmeprotokoll oder Bestandsaufnahme Explanation: Hallo Niels, ein "état des lieux" wird bei der Wohnungsübergabe - oder in diesem Fall der Übergabe des Gelände - durchgeführt und wird meistens übersetzt mit Bestandsaufnahme oder auch Abnahmeprotokoll. Daraus ergibt sich dann auch die Übersetzung für "fixation", nämlich Festlegung (eines Termins) für die Abnahme der Räumlichkeiten/des Geländes. Hoffe, das hilft! Gruß, Barbara |
