Les indemnités ci-dessous sont accordées à condition que l’événement survienne pendant une mission chez xxx SA et que le collaborateur temporaire ait travaillé sans interruption pendant les 13 semaines (3 mois) précédant immédiatement l’événement ou que le contrat ait été conclu pour une durée supérieure à trois mois.
L’indemnité est calculée sur la base d’un salaire AVS journalier moyen (sans les heures supplémentaires).
