Es geht um ein Unternehmen, in dem eine Whistleblowing-Hotline für alle Mitarbeiter eingerichtet werden soll, damit diese Vergehen gegen die Ethik-Charta des Unternehmens melden können. Die bestehenden Kommunikationskanäle sollen jedoch weiter bestehen bleiben. Der ganze Satz lautet:

"Ce dispositif, qui ne substitue pas aux canaux de communication existants notamment la ***ligne managériale***, permet de signaler des comportements considérés comme non conformes aux lois ou principes éthiques du Groupe"

Der eingesternte Teil ist mir nicht ganz klar und wird auch nicht erläutert. Handelt es sich dabei um die Weitergabe von Infos an Vorgesetzte? Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe.
