den eingesternten Begriff konnte ich bisher nirgendwo genauso finden. Mittlerweile kommt mir der Verdacht, dass es vielleicht "acuité" statt "activité" heißen müsste. Das würde zu allen Erklärungen passen, die ich bisher gelesen habe: Es geht um Intraokularlinsen, und die Bündelung der Lichtstrahlen auf einem Brennpunkt (mithilfte der Intraokularlinse) bewirkt, wie in dieser Textpassage erwähnt, eine einwandfreie Sehschärfe (wie beim gesunden Auge).

Ich bin dankbar für Zustimmung, Widerspruch oder bessere Ideen!
