"Si le montant mensuel après la résiliation par le Client est inférieur au Montant Mensuel Total diminué de la Flexibilité Economique, le Client doit payer la compensation contractuellement déterminée pour la résiliation anticipée des Services annulés, dépassants ainsi le Montant Mensuel Total avec la Flexibilité Economique."

Worauf bezieht sich das "dépassants" hier. Ich glaube, ich verstehe den gesamten Satz nicht. Oder ist da ein Fehler drin?
