sehr kernig Explanation: Bezeichnung eines körperreichen Weins mit entsprechender Säure, der Festigkeit, Biss und Kern hat, aber noch nicht auf dem Höhepunkt seiner Entwicklung ist. „kernig" wird von Weinprofis verwendet, „knackig” ist ein Modewort.
