Le terme de "sachant" est réservé aux missions d'expertise, parce qu'un expert, à l'inverse, ne peut pas "auditionner des témoins", il a donc fallu trouver une autre terminologie pour désigner ces mêmes personnes.
Mais, dans ce cadre, "sachant" s'applique aussi bien aux protagonistes de l'affaire : plaignant et accusé.
"Tous sachants" = tous ceux qui, de près ou de loin et à des titres divers, ont participé à l'affaire et peuvent l'éclairer aux yeux de l'expert.
