Le groupe plénier a validé après quelques ajustements le document établi par la présidence française sur l’activité du groupe depuis sa première installation en septembre 2003, ainsi que de ses trois sous-groupes: «coût des transports», «corridors ferroviaires», «services de transport combiné et d’autoroute ferroviaire à travers les Alpes». Ces deux derniers ont dans un premier temps fusionné pour conduire un état des lieux en commun.
