to by się zgadzało, skoro jest + marża. Umowa koszt plus jest to umowa o suługę budowlaną, na podstawie której wykonawcy są zwracane określonekoszty, powiększone o ustalony procent tych kosztów lub o stałą opłatę (MSR 11)
