Il s'agit d'une molette que l'on tourne à chaque fois que l'on prend 1 photo sur un appareil photo manuel à pellicule photo pour faire avancer le film..Ça a l'air tout simple et pourtant pas moyen de trouver l'expression exacte en PT...Merci à tous!

Segundo a figura que aqui se vê,

trata-se do manípulo que poderá ser também designado por "botão" que faz avançar a película - daí a minha sugestão "manípulo de avanço". Haverá depois provavelmente outro para a rebobinar.
