Estou a traduzir a partir do francês um relatório sobre gestão de incidentes em meio carceral. Estou perfeitamente a ver o que é (rolos de arame farpado no cimo dos muros que cercam as prisões), mas não sei como dizer em português. A versão inglesa chama-lhe "concertina wire" (imagem aqui: http://www.superveda.pt/uk/images/pdf/high_security.pdf). A frase completa é:

Dans bien des pays, la sécurité dans les prisons se limite aux infrastructures de type passif telles que les murs, les barrières et les barbelés à boudin. Les approches actives ne sont pas reconnues ni jugées pertinentes dans le maintien de la sécurité et de l’ordre.
