La saisie-attribution est une expression juridique utilisée en matière de voies d'exécution. La saisie-attribution est la procédure en vertu de laquelle un créancier se substitue à son débiteur pour récupérer une créance que ce dernier détient sur un autre débiteur. La saisie attribution implique nécessairement l'intervention d'un huissier de justice. Par ailleurs, le créancier doit détenir un titre exécutoire et la créance doit être évaluée en argent. La saisie-attribution a remplacé (avec la saisie appréhension et la saisie-vente) la saisie-arrêt suite à la loi du 9 juillet 1991.
