Se trata de los estautos de una sociedad. En el artículo en el que se habla de los dividendos aparece el siguiente párrafo:

"Aucune répétition de dividende ne peut être exigée des associés sauf lorsque la distribution a été effectuée en violation des dispositions légales et que la société établit que les bénéficiaires avaient connaissaince du caractère irrégulier de cette distribution au moment de celle-ci ou ne pouvaient l'ignorer compte tenu des circonstances.
