Estoy en medio de una traducción de contrato de matrimonio, y en una de las claúsulas, viene la siguiente frase:

"Toutefois, ce délai cessarait de plein droit et sans mise en demeure, en cas d'aliénation à titre gratuit ou à titre onéreux des bien acquis ou attribués, de cessation d'exploitation, d'aport en société, d'expropriation, de redressement ou liquidation judiciaire, de faillite personnelle, de décès ou de convol de l'époux débiteur".
