Hola, en el primer enlace que te pego (Suiza) dice lo siguiente:

«Toute personne qui provoque une décision ou sollicite une prestation est tenue de payer un émolument.»
« Il est possible de renoncer à percevoir des émoluments lorsque:
a. la décision ou la prestation sert un intérêt public prépondérant ou que
b. la décision ou la prestation engendre des coûts insignifiants, en particulier en cas de simple demande de renseignements.»

Por lo que yo lo traduciría por : «Renuncia a percibir emolumentos por la resolución (adoptada)».
