L'étude de cas : elle propose l'analyse d'une situation complexe. Théoriquement, le cas doit être déduit d'une situation réelle ; il peut prendre la forme d'un document écrit ou d'un film. Cette technique permet d'appliquer des connaissances théoriques en suscitant la participation de chacun. L'apprenant doit analyser la situation, rechercher les vrais problèmes, ébaucher les actions à entreprendre.
