La forme classique est l'interrogatif avec une inversion du sujet => Y pensez-vous ?
Une autre forme reste interrogative mais en utilisant est-ce que (vous y pensez ?).
La troisième reprend la structure de l'indicatif avec le point d'interrogation et l'intonation qui marque l'interrogatif. Cette forme est plus familière et plutôt orale. Elle peut plus facilement à mon avis indiquer un rappel qu'une question : Vous y pensez bien, dites !
