French term or phrase: formé
This document is a procedure and the full sentence reads "La référence aux raw data est enregistrée sur l’annexe 11 de la SOP 9000000515 du formé."

I have found "learner" as a possible translation but that doesn't seem to fit here...

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Lionel! That is the most likely meaning here. This one really had me flummoxed I must admit...

Why didn't you translate "raw data" (données brutes) ?

Note added at 7 jours (2010-02-25 12:03:35 GMT) Post-grading

C'était en anglais dans le texte français, mais cela reste à traduire, car peu de francophones comprendront cette expression qui, du reste, possède une traduction française. Alors, pourquoi s'en priver, ne pas achever de traduire et faire les choses proprement ? Si on commence à glisser sur la pente du mélange des langues dans une phrase, on finira par parler une langue incompréhensible et on ne pourra plus parler de traduction !

Asker: I didn't translate it because it was already in English in the French source text!
