Ce type de chargement en sucres est lié à un fonctionnement actif des sources de production de carbone qui profitent aux puits en croissance (baies, rameaux secondaires,…).

Je pourrais le remplacer par parties ou organes et ça marcherait, mais j'ai regardé dans le grand Robert et je en vois pas d'où vient l'utilisation de ce terme dans ce sens.
