Instructions to display Arabic text in MS Internet Explorer:

Explanation:
Anne-Sophie,

To display Arabic text in Internet Explorer (in Windows, any current version):

1. Verify that you have Internet Explorer version 5 or above. Click Help/About Internet Explorer. This will show you the version number. Mine is 5.50.4522.1800IC. If yours is lower, download and install the latest version. Go to Tools/Windows Update. Select Internet Explorer. During the setup process, make sure you select to install Arabic Language Support.

2. If you already have the latest version of Internet Explorer, make sure you have Arabic Language Support installed. Go to Tools/Windows Update. If Arabic Language Support is listed, download it and install it ( you may have to restart the computer afterwards).

3. After you have installed both the latest version of Internet Explorer and Arabic Langauge Support, you should be able to display Arabic on any web site. To do so, go to View/Encoding/Other and select Arabic (Windows).

If for some reason you don't get the desired outcome, I can send you a PDF file with the expression in Arabic characters. I will need an e-mail address.

Let me know how it works out.
