Excipient isotonique tamponné سواغ متوازن التناضح ومجفف Explanation: pour isotonique, j'utilise plutôt: متوازن التناضح et c'est ce que confirme le Larousse As-Sabil (p.5443) édition imprimée sur papier. Le verbe tamponner (un liquide) est مسح جفف mais je comprends ton problème puisqu'il s'agit d'un adjectif dans ton cas: "tamponné" je pense que l'excipient tamponné est un excipient duquel on a soustrait -d'une manière ou d'una autre- du liquide يمكن استعمال مجفّّّف سواغ متوازن التناضح ومجفف |
